Łukasik Powers onto Podium in La Thuile

Sławomir Łukasik officially sealed the 2025 Enduro World Cup overall title following a dramatic victory in La Thuile, Italy. The Polish rider for the Yeti/FOX Factory Race Team has had an unstoppable season and his win this past weekend tied up the overall EDR series on one of the toughest courses on the calendar.

La Thuile, located in the Aosta Valley high in the Alps near the French border, is notorious for brutal alpine terrain, massive elevation shifts and raw, technical descents. Łukasik asserted himself early with a commanding Stage 1 win by nearly four seconds.

The lead tightened in the following stages, making for a dramatic crescendo towards a climactic finish. Riders dropped into the final stage under the stars, adding yet another challenge as they descended through steep woods and technical chutes of the illuminated course. Despite the pressure, Łukasik remained composed, executing a flawless run to take the win by just 0.050 seconds over Charles Murray—one of the closest margins in Enduro World Cup history.

Łukasik’s victory not only extended his incredible winning streak, it safely locked in the overall 2025 UCI Enduro World Cup title with one round remaining next week in Pal Arinsal, Andorra. The La Thuile win marked a career-defining achievement for the Yeti/FOX Factory athlete.

An upgrade that gave Łukasik’s bike setup the edge was the new Podium, an inverted fork developed by FOX for the highest level of Enduro racing. With incredible fore-aft stiffness complemented by the GlideCore air spring and custom tuned GRIP X2 damper, Łukasik powered through La Thuile’s unpredictable terrain with precision and traction, pushing harder down the long and physically demanding stages.

As the 2025 World Cup Enduro season heads into its final round, the spotlight remains fixated on Łukasik. Whether he decides to push hard for another win or plays it safe, one thing is clear — this season belongs to Slav.
